 The Blue Mountains is prone to severe weather events which can damage roofs, block gutters, and threaten your property. For internal leaks (e.g., from the roof), we will respond within 24 hours. For external leaks (e.g., blocked downpipes or overflowing gutters), our response time is within 48 hours.

During our visit, we’ll stop the leak and provide recommendations for any necessary repairs. While we don’t undertake major repairs ourselves, we’ll assist you in selecting a reliable contractor to ensure the work is done properly. If we fail to respond within the set response time we will give you $50 cash back.

Twice per year, we will attend your property and conduct a full gutter and down pipe cleaning service, which Includes valleys and any roof debris. Done properly by hand (not using any clunky machinery that can cause damage) we will remove all debris into the green bin, and flush the gutters and down pipes to make sure everything is flowing properly. Before and after photos provided on request.

Once per year, we will perform a roof and gutter condition inspection to identify any potential issues before they become serious and costly.  We will photograph and document areas of concern for future reference or repair planning, provide a detailed inspection report to the homeowner along with any recommendations.
