What services do you provide?

Here's a list of our services, with links to more info on each Gutter Cleaning, Window Cleaning, Chimney Sweeping, Solar Panel Cleaning, External Cleaning such as pressure cleaning and soft washing.

What areas do you service?

We exclusively service the Blue Mountains from Glenbrook to Mount Victoria.

How do I book a service?

You can book online, call us, or request a quote through our website. We’ll confirm everything before your service.

Do you provide free quotes?

Yes, and REC team member will visit your property in person to see what needs doing and answer any questions you have. We will then send a quote by email for you to review and consider.

Do I need to be home during the service?

Not always. As long as we have safe access to the areas we’re working on, you don’t need to be present. With the exception of chimney sweeps, and indoor window cleaning.

Are you insured?

Yes, our team is insured through iCare and we have $20m Public Liability insurance

What is the REC Guarantee?

Do you offer recurring services?

Yes, we offer scheduled maintenance plans (3, 4, 6, or 12 monthly) to keep your property looking its best year-round.

Do you do bundle service discounts?

Yes, if you get 2 or more services we can usually offer you a discount. Feel free to ask if we haven't included it in the quote.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major payment methods. Details will be provided on your invoice.

Do you do Pensioners discount?

We sure do. Just ask when you make the booking and we'll look after you.
