Gareth moved to the Blue Mountains after he fell in love with area during a short visit just before Covid hit. He started Roofmate  because he really enjoys meeting new people in the community and providing a good service. He is skilled in all of the services Roofmate provide in particular soft washing and pressure washing.

Sarina is the backbone of the organisation, and holds everything together from an administrative perspective. Her background is data centre engineering and operations, and has been instrumental in Roofmate's journey having been involved since day 1. She is also by all accounts Gareth's better half :)

Charlie recently moved to the Blue Mountains with his lovely young family after spending many years in the Northern Beaches. He is a professional skate coach, and as well as working for Roofmate he regularly teaches kids how to skate. He is incredibly detail oriented and customer focused and his main strengths are gutter cleaning, window cleaning, chimney sweeping and more.

This pair are a vital part of the business as they help foster team spirit by enthusiastically greeting the boys as they pick up and drop of work vehicles. They also keep Sarina company while she's in the office and the lads are out at work. They can regularly be seen at Lawson Dog Park with their many friends in their spare time
