Please note: Our prices are based on a standard chimney sweep and clean and applicable in most cases. Occasionally we encounter something that may involve additional labour charges, we will always discuss these with you first before proceeding.
Includes leak issue identification and fixing using appropriate method such as sealing, replacing tile etc. We will ONLY take on the job if we think we can stop the leak. If we think the job is more than a quick fix, we will provide recommendations and a trustworthy roofer referral. If our leak fix doesn't work, we will go back up to two more times to try again and if still doesn't work we'll issue a full refund
