We pride ourselves on being meticulous in our approach, and although it's sometimes impossible to get to 100% clean - if after our visit you notice we have missed a bit, we will come and sort it no questions asked

We can't guarantee that your gutters / downpipes won't fill up quickly after our visit - but if after the next weather event it appears there's a blockage we will come and fix for no charge

Before we commit to any roof leak work, we first decide if we think we can fix it. If after our visit the leak still exists, we will come out up to two more times to try again, and if still no good you will get a full refund
